You have the right to request that any incorrect information displayed about your case be
corrected. Requests to correct information displayed about your case must be in writing
addressed to trustee Cohen at the office location of 770 The City Drive South, Suite 3300,
Orange, CA 92868. If the information you are requesting to be corrected was obtained
from documents you filed with the bankruptcy court, you will need to attach a conformed
copy of the amended document to your request.

The office will not change the posting date of payments made to the office.
